Overview

Christine Prorok has represented and counseled clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in state court, federal court, and arbitration, including matters involving breach of contract, antitrust issues, business torts, intellectual property, fraud, and class actions. Christine also has significant experience representing clients in matters involving regulatory compliance. Christine’s experience spans all phases of litigation, including briefing and motions practice, offensive and defensive discovery, preparation and examination of witnesses, and complex e-discovery and document management. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants. Prior to joining Whitt Sturtevant, Christine was an associate in the Chicago office of Jones Day, where she practiced in the Business & Tort Litigation group. She then clerked for Judge James G. Carr of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
